The Chamber Orchestra is traditionally a smaller orchestra. It is made up of dedicated string instrumentalists with exceptional rehearsal skills. Large ensemble performance is emphasized along with individual development in technique, style, and common practices of the Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Contemporary genres. Chamber Orchestra plays for a variety of functions as well as yearly contests and regularly scheduled performances. In 2015, the Liberty High School Chamber Orchestra won first place in the high school division at the ASTA National Competition.
