Transcript Overview
Your transcript can be sent in a variety of methods depending on your needs.
Please begin by selecting if you are a current or former student above.

Take a second to review your transcript request options before proceeding to the directions below.
College Admissions Purposes
If you need your transcript sent to a college or university for admissions purposes, you need to know how you are applying and then select the corresponding tab for directions.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT - DIRECT TO INSTITUTION
This means you are applying to the school through the college or university website.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT - COMMON APPLICATION
This means you are using the Common Application to apply to multiple colleges for admission purposes.
Other Purposes
There are several reasons you may need an official or unofficial transcript. Personal use, insurance, NCAA, scholarship applications, college coaches, jobs, etc.

To request a transcript for purposes other than college admissions, click on the Transcript Request - Other tab and follow the directions.

Log Into your Schoolinks Account using Google Chrome. (Remember to sign in with Google)
Accessing Application Manager
Hover over the Colleges icon and click College Applications.
For Initial (or mid year) Transcripts
Select the school that needs a transcript by clicking the pencil icon next to the school either under Incomplete or Completed & pending.
If it's a new application, you'll need to click on "Add application from list" in the top-left, fill in the details of the type of application, and click Save Application. Next, you'll see the application details page.
Once on the application details page, you will notice that any required documents from counselors (like initial and midyear transcripts) are automatically requested. You do not have the ability to change these requirements, but if there's something you would like added to this list, you can reach out to your counselor.
You can view the history and status of the requested documents by clicking Show History for more details. Once the transcript is sent and viewed by the college you will see a Doc ID available from Parchment:
For Final Transcripts
To request a Final Transcript, you must indicate your enrollment decision in SchooLinks. We will do this as part of your Senior Exit Survey, but if you want to get a jump start, click here.

Accessing the Record Center
From the dashboard, click the School icon on the left navigation sidebar, then select Records Request from the drop down menu.
Requesting a Transcript in the Record Center
You can request two types of Transcripts in the Record Center.
- An UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT for your personal use. Select Get Unofficial Transcript. This will download your transcript to your computer.
- An OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT to be sent for non college admission purposes, such as NCAA, insurance, coaches, scholarships, admission r etc. To do so, select the Send Official Transcript button and follow the instructions below.
There are three different ways you can send your transcript to non-colleges:
NCAA Eligibility Center, Email Address or Mailing Address.
Select the method you will use to send your transcript.
NCAA Eligibility Center
The email address for the NCAA Eligibility Center will automatically appear.
Click Send Transcript.
Email Request
Fill in the organization name, receiver name, and receiver email.
Then click Send Transcript.
Mail Request
Fill in the organization name, receiver name, and address.
Then click the USPS Validate button. This will make sure the address you put in is correct.
You can either select the USPS address or select the address you typed in.
Then click Create Request.
Note: An official transcript is provided by the Registrar's Office and is sent electronically through an official source like Schoolinks or it comes in a sealed envelope with the Liberty High School raised seal and School Official's signature. Transcripts that have been in the hands of the student such as electronic or paper student copy are no longer considered official.

Former Students
Former Blue Jays - Transcript & Records Request
Transcripts and/or other school records will be provided upon receipt of written request, with your signature (required by Federal Law).
Click HERE to download the Records Request Form.
The form can be printed, completed, signed, and then submitted by any of the following methods.
Depending on the time of year, up to 72 hours may be needed to fulfill transcript requests.
Additional records request questions should be directed to Lois Magnuson, Registrar at 816.736.7076.
