- Fill out the LHS Club Charter Form
- Administration Must Approve the Club
- Once Approved, the Staff Sponsor will be notified via email
- Staff will be responsible for scheduling their club(s) in Facilitron unless your club is hosted in your classroom
*Club Charter forms will be accepted until September 21st to be considered for the current school year.
